Genital cosmetic surgery and medicine are increasingly demanded. Surgical interventions such as the reduction of the vaginal labia are no longer a rarity in plastic surgery clinics.

The G-spot, without a doubt the most sought topic in history since its discovery (or invention), also has a related aesthetic medical operation. German gynecologist Ernst Gräfenberg was the first one to locate (or at least describe) this erogenous area in the female vagina in 1950. According to many sexologists, its stimulation will make women have an orgasm. To many other sexologists, and especially for many women, the G-spot is nothing but a myth.

Some studies have claimed to prove its existence, while others deny it.
